Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Voice Process Associate to handle outbound calls, providing high-quality support and ensuring excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined timelines
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and productivity targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or regional languages if required)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing
- Customer service orientation and patience in handling queries
- Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (as required by employer)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
