We are seeking a talented and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers throughout the design process.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI/UX best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
