About the Opportunity
Are you a seasoned or retired Specialty Chemicals executive with deep domain expertise looking for your next high-impact legacy project?
We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish, build, and scale a brand-new Specialty Chemicals Vertical from the ground up. In this role, you will operate as the CEO of this dedicated business unit, enjoying complete autonomy over product development, and operational execution. You will bring the technical vision and market insight; we provide the capital backing and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Identify high-margin niche opportunities in specialty chemicals and build the market entry strategy.
- Full Product Autonomy: Lead end-to-end product development / import, and application marketing.
- Vertical Setup: Recruit key technical/sales talent, select facilities, and establish supply chain and distribution networks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15–20+ years of leadership in specialty chemicals (e.g., polymers, surfactants, performance additives, agrochem intermediates). Retired industry veterans seeking an entrepreneurial leadership role are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Track Record: Proven history of taking chemical products from concept to commercial success and profitability.
- Technical & Commercial Mastery: Deep chemistry/formulation understanding combined with sharp business acumen.
- Leadership Style: Self-driven leader who thrives with absolute operational freedom and accountability.
