Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Officer / Associate (BDM) to lead our student acquisition and institutional outreach efforts. In this role, your primary objective is to drive direct B2C student walk-ins and build strategic partnerships with colleges. (Please note: This profile focus is on entirely on direct-to-student marketing and college tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- College Tie-ups: Visit engineering, degree, and management colleges across Hyderabad to establish partnerships and tie-ups.
- Seminars & Presentations: Conduct engaging study-abroad seminars and info-sessions directly inside college campuses to pitch our consultancy services.
- Direct Sales Closure: Meet with students and parents at our Begumpet office to counsel them and convert warm leads into university enrollments.
- Event Planning: Organize hyper-local spot-assessment drives and education fairs to generate active student databases.
Requirements & Skills
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of major study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc).
- Communication: Good Public speaking and face-to-face negotiation skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for local college visits.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
