Job Title: Sales Counselor
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales counselor to handle client consultations, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth in the Skin Care & Wellness segment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
Maintain client records and daily sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales / Counseling, preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Training Location: Chandigarh
Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
Working Hours:* 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Days:* 6 days a week and 1 week off Alternate days Monday to Friday
Ready to relocate to Gurgaon after training.
Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
Job Location After Training: Gurgaon
Training Duration: 10–15 Days (Unpaid)
Training Support: ₹500 per day for accommodation and meals (settled on the last day of training)
