We are seeking dedicated and skilled Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team.
1. Provide quality nursing care to patients in IPD, OT, and Emergency departments.
2. Maintain accurate medical records, charts, and patient documentation as per NABH standards.
3. Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
4. Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols
5. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures and standards.
6. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives for NABH compliance.
Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing ( Kerala Nursing Council registration is mandatory).
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skill
