About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Designer with expertise in construction, interior, and architectural design. This role involves designing layouts, 3D renders, technical drawings, and overseeing project execution to deliver high-quality and functional spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural & Structural Design: Develop building layouts, elevations, and structural drawings while ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Interior Planning & Detailing: Create functional and aesthetic interior layouts, furniture plans, and material selections tailored to client needs.
- 3D Visualization & Drafting: Produce realistic 3D renders, conceptual sketches, and detailed working drawings for project approvals.
- Project Execution & Coordination: Work closely with site engineers to ensure smooth on-site execution and timely project completion.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Monitor site work, verify adherence to design specifications, and resolve on-site challenges.
- Client & Vendor Interaction: Understand client requirements, present design concepts, and coordinate with execution team.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in construction, interior, and architectural projects.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
✔ Strong creativity, technical knowledge, and project coordination skills.
✔ Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
