Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Reliserv Solutions' Head Office in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who enjoy customer interaction, organisation, and cross-functional coordination. You will be the vital link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer service — including international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales and purchase order follow-ups to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Handle international calls and correspondence confidently and professionally with global customers.
- Assist the sales team with administrative and clerical tasks, including:Preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM records.
- Organizing and filing sales documentation, quotations, and invoices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries — via phone, email, and Google Workspace tools — providing accurate and timely information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating where necessary.
- Coordinate across departments (sales, logistics, accounts, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team with data entry, scheduling, and follow-up calls/emails.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activity.
- Prepare and manage documentation using Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident handling international/domestic calls and customer queries.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Documents, Sheets, and general MS Office applications.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under deadlines.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
- Team player with high dedication and ownership.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Arts, Science, or Management).
- Prior exposure to sales support, back office, telecalling, or customer service roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working from the Kharghar Head Office (no travel/site visits required).
- Candidates based in Navi Mumbai will be given preference; candidates from other locations willing to relocate may also apply.
