- Conduct induction training for new employees.
- Deliver product knowledge training on organic and healthy lifestyle products.
- Train store staff on sales techniques, customer service, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure SOP implementation across all stores.
- Visit stores regularly for on-the-job coaching.
- Conduct store audits and identify training needs.
- Prepare monthly training calendars and reports.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
