Summary:We are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer with experience in Hospitality / Mall projects to manage project billing, cost control, and quantity verification. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing and financial tracking of projects.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and certification of RA bills (Running Account Bills)Verification of contractor and subcontractor billsQuantity take-off from drawings and BOQ validationPreparation of client bills as per contract termsTracking project costs, variations, and extra itemsCoordination with site, planning, and accounts teamsMaintaining billing records, MIS reports, and documentationChecking rate analysis and cost estimatesEnsuring compliance with contract clauses and project specificationsRequired Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering3–8 years of experience in billing (Hospitality / Mall projects preferred)Strong knowledge of:BOQ & quantity surveying, site visit & coordination Billing software / ERP systemsMS Excel & documentationGood communication and coordination skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in Hotels, Resorts, Shopping Malls, Commercial BuildingsExposure to PMC / EPC projectsKnowledge of contract management and variation claims
