Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field marketing and direct client visits
- Promote advertising and branding solutions to businesses and commercial establishments
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their marketing requirements
- Present customized advertising packages and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop strong relationships with apartment communities, local businesses, and associations
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Mandatory experience in field sales or direct marketing
- Experience in Advertising, Media, Real Estate, or related industries will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with target-oriented approach
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
