We’re looking for an HR Associate who can multitask like a pro, keep things organised without losing their cool, and bring good vibes to the workplace. If you enjoy working with people, love structured chaos, and can handle HR operations, hiring, employee engagement, and office coordination — this role is for you.

Managing day-to-day HR operations and keeping things running smoothly

Coordinating hiring — job posts, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding

Maintaining employee records, HRMS, CMS, and candidate management systems accurately

Supporting payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave records, and HR reports

Planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events

Handling employee queries and helping resolve concerns professionally

Coordinating vendors, office admin requirements, procurement, and logistics

Ensuring HR processes and policies stay compliant and well-managed

Supporting audits, documentation, and process improvements

Fluent spoken and written English

Someone organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly

Comfortable working with HRMS, CMS, and candidate management systems

Good with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic reporting

Ability to manage multiple tasks without things falling apart

Strong communication and coordination skills

Prior experience in employee engagement or culture initiatives is a bonus
