Job Summary
FusionGreen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee records, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferences:
Prior Experience in Healthcare Field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
