Role Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination, and candidate relationship management. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Location: Remote (Chennai Based)
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions.
- Understand client and hiring manager requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Candidate Management
- Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Gather interview feedback and update candidates on their application status.
Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Conduct compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
- Collect required documentation and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Support background verification and compliance processes.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or recruitment trackers.
- Generate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline status updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in recruitment records.
- Track offer-to-join ratios, source effectiveness, and hiring turnaround times.
