- Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings to potential clients to promote our IT solutions and digital marketing services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- 0-3 years of Proven experience in sales, particularly in IT sales and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- MBA Marketing (Preferred).
- Salary INR 20,000 to 35,000/- per month and commission over and above your sales target.
