Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive (Telesales) to generate leads and support the sales of our testing, calibration, and certification services. This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in B2B and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (manufacturers, importers, exporters)
- Generate and qualify leads for testing and certification services
- Explain company services such as BIS certification, NABL testing, EMC/EMI testing, LM-79, battery testing, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
- Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for client requirements
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of telesales or sales processes
- Strong interest in B2B or technical sales
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tools preferred)
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma
- 0–2 years of experience (telesales preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
