Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive – Stores to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming materials.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock records.
- Issue materials against approved requests.
- Monitor inventory movement and update ERP records.
- Conduct stock verification and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with the Procurement and Accounts teams.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Stores, Inventory, or Warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in handling stores functions in the catering or hospitality industry is preferred.
