Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and committed Trainer to conduct road safety awareness sessions in 20+ schools across Mumbai. The trainer will deliver interactive sessions for students to build awareness on safe road behaviour, responsible mobility, and traffic rules. This role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with large groups of students, travelling across schools, and delivering structured training sessions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery

Conduct road safety awareness sessions for students in assigned schools.

Deliver interactive and engaging sessions using program training materials and activities.

Adapt training methods to suit different age groups of students.
2. School Coordination
- Coordinate with school teachers and coordinators to schedule sessions.

Ensure smooth execution of training programs within schools.
3. Activity Support
- Assist in organizing road safety activities, campaigns, and events within schools when required.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain records of sessions conducted, number of students reached, and school engagement.

Submit regular reports and updates to the program team.
Profile Requisites:

Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with school students.

Basic planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Demonstrated interest in road safety, education, or community outreach initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

2–3 years of relevant experience in training, teaching, or working with youth.

Prior experience in school-based programs or awareness campaigns will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai to conduct sessions across multiple schools.

Ability to manage multiple sessions in a week efficiently.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred.
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the consultancy fees range is 25000 to 30000 per month.
