- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for all major renovations (factory, warehouse, offices) and new stores from planning to execution and closure
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress regularly along with comparison of Budgets Vs Actuals
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively and coordinate with vendors / contractors as necessary to issue revised work orders
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to management
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third parties
- Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities including tracker of quotations taken, negotiated rates and approval thereof, work done milestones and payments released for the same and final certification of work completion
- Post completion of the project to check and certify final invoices before submission to Finance for payment approval
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
