Role & Responsibilities
* Visit retail stores, supermarkets, cosmetic stores, chemists, and general trade outlets.
* Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement at retail counters.
* Build relationships with retailers and generate new outlets.
* Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and order generation.
* Achieve sales and outlet coverage targets.
* Support promotional activities and market expansion.
Requirements
* 1+ year of field sales experience.
* FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, Personal Care, or Retail experience preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with field work and travelling across Mumbai.
