Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Revit MEP/BIM certification preferred.
Experience
3 – 5 years in BIM modeling for MEP services with LOD 400 Revit models and GFC drawings for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manage
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate/BIM 360
- Microsoft Office
- Dynamo (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop LOD 400 Revit MEP models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV.
- Prepare coordinated GFC drawings and MEP shop drawings.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Generate quantity take-offs and BOQs from BIM models.
- Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
