Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail clothing store team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, confident in customer interaction, and capable of driving sales while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations,MS Excel.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with inventory teams
- Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally
- Support store operations during peak hours and special sale events
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (fashion/clothing preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Presentable, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
