Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of real estate/construction projects.
- Manage planning, budgeting, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Monitor project profitability and risk management.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
Requirements
- B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of construction/real estate experience.
- Proven experience handling large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
