Job Summary
Acquire Modular Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Manager HR with a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience with recruitment portals.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
· Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
· Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Close open positions within defined timelines.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
· Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
· Effectively utilize recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications & Requirements
· MBA (Regular) in Human Resources.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in manufacturing, furniture, engineering, or non it hiring.
· Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
