Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to handle guest transactions and support front-of-house operations. The Cashier plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience by providing fast, accurate service with a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take orders accurately and professionally
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments using the POS system
- Issue receipts and handle cash responsibly
- Ensure order accuracy and communicate with kitchen and service staff
- Answer guest questions about menu items, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front area
- Balance cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Handle basic guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
