Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent patient service. The candidate will handle patient appointments, registrations, phone calls, and administrative support while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update hospital management systems
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth operations
- Handle billing coordination and basic cash transactions if required
- Ensure front desk area is clean and organized
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management Software)
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
- Previous receptionist or hospital front office experience preferred
