Role Overview
The Admission Manager will be responsible for driving admission growth across the franchise network by supporting branches with admission strategies, counselling processes, lead conversion, training, and performance monitoring. The role requires close coordination with branch teams, marketing, and management to ensure achievement of admission targets and enhancement of parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive admission performance across assigned branches and ensure achievement of admission targets.
- Guide and support branch admission teams on lead management, parent counselling, follow-ups, conversion strategies, and admissions closure.
- Analyze admission MIS, enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios, and branch-wise performance data; recommend corrective actions wherever required.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and audits for Admission Counsellors and branch teams to improve admission effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to align campaigns, lead generation initiatives, webinars, events, and admission drives with branch requirements.
- Develop and implement admission processes, SOPs, scripts, and best practices across the franchise network to ensure a consistent parent experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions, sales, counselling, business development, or education operations.
- Experience in managing multiple locations/branches will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, MIS reporting, and admission funnel management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
