Job Description
Abbydraw Designs & Branding Agency is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–5 Years in Business Development or Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
