Key responsibilities
- Query resolution: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve customer issues using product knowledge.
- CRM logging: Document and update customer interactions and data in the CRM software.
- Team escalation: Escalate complex tickets to technical or senior teams when required.
- Feedback loop: Gather customer suggestions and share insights with internal departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
