Employability Coach
Location: Kochi / Kozhikode / Bengaluru | On-site / Hybrid
Role Summary
RP2 is looking for an energetic trainer and employability coach to strengthen learners' English communication, workplace readiness, professional behaviour, confidence and career readiness. The role combines training, mentoring, assessment and learner development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Spoken and Written English training covering business communication, email etiquette, presentations and workplace communication.
- Conduct activity-based learning through role plays, group discussions, debates and reading, writing, listening and speaking interventions.
- Train learners in resume and ATS-ready CV preparation, LinkedIn optimization, interviews, group discussions, personal branding and workplace etiquette.
- Coach and mentor learners in communication, self-management, collaboration, professionalism and career navigation, including one-to-one support where required.
- Assess learner performance in communication and employability skills, track progress, maintain reports and provide structured feedback.
- Develop and improve soft-skills and employability content aligned with industry expectations, including the use of AI-enabled learning tools.
Required Skills
- Advanced English proficiency with strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering soft-skills, employability or communication training in classroom and/or online environments.
- Good knowledge of interview preparation, resume writing, LinkedIn branding, corporate communication, workplace professionalism and career guidance.
- Strong coaching and mentoring mindset, emotional intelligence, organizational ability and a learner-centric approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, Psychology, HR, Education or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in English Language Training, Soft Skills Training or Employability Training.
- Preferred certifications: Train the Trainer (TTT), CEFR-aligned English Training, TOEIC/IELTS/Business English, Soft Skills Training or Career Coaching.
- Preferred exposure to colleges, employability programs, EdTech, corporate training or placement-readiness initiatives.
