Job Title: Site Service Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Site Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and service our industrial machines at customer sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operation, attending service calls, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct machine inspections and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and service requirements.
- Train customers/operators on machine operation and maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service support.
- Maintain records of service visits, machine performance, and customer feedback.
- Travel to customer sites as required across Pune and nearby regions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in installation and servicing of industrial machinery/manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, PLCs, sensors, motors, and control systems will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
Experience
- 1 to 5+ years of experience in machine servicing, maintenance, or field service engineering.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
