Position Summary:
Exciting career opportunity that provides a Customer Support Engineer role in the Navidiz Business Consulting team in India.
The Customer Support Engineer will support construction-industry customers across India and international markets to ensure successful onboarding, training and product adoption.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for and will require the following:
What you will be doing
· Your mission is to ensure that customers using Novade software receive prompt and efficient support
· On assigned customer projects, your role is to ensure that the right information is gathered, projects are setup, manual processes are digitalized, users are trained to use our system
· Handling customer support tickets and escalations.
· Manual Software Testing Support of our application.
· Coordinating with product, service and development teams in Novade Singapore.
· Providing product demonstrations & training sessions and troubleshooting customer issues
What you need to succeed in this position
Academics:
· An engineering graduate (UG/PG) with specialization in Civil/EEC/EEE/CSE
· New Graduates may apply
Job Skills:
· Familiarity with reading building/technical drawings
· Experience in or Knowledge of software used in the construction industry is an added advantage
· Basic understanding of building and construction processes
· Ability to use technology, mobile apps and cloud services as relevant to construction
· Familiarity with construction processes such as checklist driven construction activities, inspection, snagging and handover of building projects is a plus.
· Experience in Microsoft Office suite and some knowledge of how databases work
· Minimal experience in a Customer Support role for similar software (a plus)
· Good verbal & written communication skills in English and verbal Communication in Hindi is must. Communication in Telugu is an added advantage.
· Detail oriented, self-driven and self-organized (ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
· Positive work attitude
· Learning mindset
· Resident of Chennai or Hyderabad or Pune (a plus, not mandatory). Should be able to travel and/or re-locate to Work Site Pan India as needed.
