Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tellecaller with experience in an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to international customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral or clear international accent preferred.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Good typing and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Support.
- Experience in BPO, customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
