Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall branch operations and administration
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets
- Lead and manage sales and collection teams
- Drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Monitor daily collections, auction activities, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and chit fund regulations
- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and branch performance reports
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Chit Funds, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services
- Experience in team handling and branch operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented and field-driven approach
- Good knowledge of collections and customer handling
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
