About 6D Healthcare
6D Healthcare is a Chennai-based clinician-led lifestyle management company. We run a 100-Day Daily Monitoring Program for clients across India, delivered entirely online. Our work sits at the intersection of nutrition, sleep, stress management, and sustainable behavior change — and data is at the heart of how we track and deliver outcomes.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Data cum Office Assistant who can handle both data-related work and general office administration. This is not a purely clerical role — a significant part of your day will involve working with client data, especially health data in Excel: collecting, organising, and preparing reports that our clinical team uses to monitor client progress.
If you are comfortable with Excel, take pride in accuracy, and can also roll up your sleeves for day-to-day office management, this role is a strong fit.
What You Will Do
Data & Reporting (Primary)
- Collect and enter client data accurately into structured Excel sheets on a regular basis
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring data is current, complete, and well-organised
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries from client data for the clinical and operations team
- Identify and flag data gaps or inconsistencies proactively
- Assist the team with basic data formatting, sorting, and analysis as needed
Office Administration (Secondary)
- Manage petty cash — maintain records, handle day-to-day expenses, and reconcile periodically
- Track and replenish stationery, pantry supplies, and other office consumables
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the office is clean and well-maintained
- Handle couriers — dispatching, receiving, and follow-up
- Go out for local purchases, courier drops, and other office errands on your two-wheeler
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- BSc Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science graduates are especially encouraged to apply — familiarity with nutrition data and client health parameters makes the data work significantly easier.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential — you should be comfortable with data entry, basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP), filtering, and formatting. We will assess this during the interview.
- Accurate and detail-oriented — data errors have real consequences in a clinical setting
- Organised and reliable — able to manage recurring tasks without constant follow-up
- Good written communication in Tamil; basic English reading and writing ability required
- Trustworthy when handling client data and petty cash
What We Offer

- Work type: Full-time, in-office | Chennai
- Hands-on exposure to clinical data and lifestyle medicine operations
- Respectful, professional team environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
