Manisha Construction is a growing real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to project planning, design, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Supervision & Control
- Review and approve architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are aligned with the project vision, cost parameters, and timelines.
- Supervise internal architects/draughtsmen and external design consultants.
- Monitor design revisions and control documentation versions.
- Approve material specifications and finishing standards.
2. Consultant & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead coordination meetings with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade consultants.
- Resolve inter-departmental design conflicts before execution.
- Work closely with Purchase, Billing, and Project teams for BOQ alignment and material approvals.
- Guide site engineers on design clarifications.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Oversight
- Oversee preparation and submission of drawings for approvals with local authorities (PMC/PCMC).
- Ensure compliance with Development Control rules, FSI, fire norms, environmental clearances, etc.
- Coordinate with liaison consultants for a smooth sanction process.
- Manage design modifications as per authority observations.
4. Site Execution Monitoring
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure construction matches approved drawings.
- Supervise the quality of architectural finishes and detailing.
- Identify design-related deviations and ensure corrective actions.
- Support management in decision-making during execution challenges.
5*. Project & Reporting Management*
- Prepare project design progress reports for management review.
- Present design updates to the Managing Director and senior leadership.
- Maintain updated architectural documentation and audit-ready records.
- Support the marketing team with project design inputs, brochures, and layout presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and consultants.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
