Position : Academic Counsellor
Location : Kochi (Work from Office)
Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding Online and Distance Degree Programs.
- Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
- Guide students in selecting suitable university programs.
- Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle telephonic counselling professionally.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
