Job Description
- Expertise in finishing activities like block work, plastering, tiling, granite works, façade etc.
- Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
- Hands-on experience in finishing for granite, tiling, plastering, painting etc
- Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.
- Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
- Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
- Coordinate with Foremen’s and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
