Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end programs and initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate between teams & maintain team tracker (tech, content, operations, etc.)
- Will be responsible to work on of Upskilling & Community Vertical
- Should conduct market research, prepare proposals
- Prepare MVP and proposal for new product initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
- Responsible for team expansion and hiring coordination with HR team
Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
