Shilton Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple hospitality units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, Full & Final settlements, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit formalities.
- Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, town halls, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attrition, manpower, attendance, and HR metrics.
- Work closely with department heads to manage manpower planning and budgeting.
- Support audits and ensure HR documentation is maintained as per company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/MSW in HR preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (GreytHR experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
