About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation App. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built and launched large-scale mobile applications, managed cross-functional teams, and delivered complex technology products on time and within scope.
You will be responsible for transforming ideas into successful products by driving execution, coordinating multiple teams, establishing processes, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle—from concept and planning to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Create detailed project roadmaps, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with founders, stakeholders, and department heads to define product vision and priorities.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor budgets, resources, timelines, and project performance.
- Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive accountability across teams and maintain clear project documentation.
- Ensure every feature aligns with business objectives and provides an exceptional user experience.
- Manage third-party vendors, APIs, technology partners, and external development teams when required.
- Deliver products on schedule without compromising quality or scalability.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Leadership.
- Proven experience leading the development of one or more mobile applications or Apps from idea to production.
- Strong understanding of the complete mobile app development lifecycle for both Android and iOS.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, user journeys, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Experience working with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures is preferred.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with business goals and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience building fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, social, SaaS, or multi-service applications.
- Experience coordinating AI-powered features, automation workflows, or modern digital platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage rapid growth.
