Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers while ensuring excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with customers regarding products or services. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
