Job Overview
Happy Go Ride is looking for a dynamic and passionate Travel Consultant to create customized tour packages, assist customers in planning their trips, and manage travel bookings.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of domestic and international destinations, itinerary planning, flight ticket booking, hotel reservations, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Design customized domestic and international tour packages
* Create detailed travel itineraries based on customer requirements
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Book flight tickets, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing tours
* Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and travel partners
* Prepare quotations and travel proposals
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
* Provide complete travel assistance before and during the trip
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in Tours & Travel Industry preferred
* Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel portals
* Good understanding of domestic and international destinations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to prepare tour packages and costing
* Basic computer and internet knowledge
