We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries.
- Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented REST APIs and backend services.
- Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot to improve coding efficiency, software quality, and development speed.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and sprint ceremonies.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term solutions.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
AI-ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Candidates must have practical experience using one or more AI assisted software development tools.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in:
- Prompt-driven software development.
- AI-assisted debugging and troubleshooting.
- AI-generated boilerplate and code refactoring.
- AI-assisted unit testing and documentation.
- Code review using AI tools.
- Building efficient AI-first ("Vibe Coding") development workflows while maintaining high engineering standards, code quality, and scalability.
