6+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll.
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and UK Payroll)
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM as UK payroll and taxation SME• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM UK Payroll and taxation business processes and usage in multiple industries
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
- Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
- Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
- Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
- Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
