We are looking for a Hr Recruiter to join our team.As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting , identifying, and hiring,top talent to drive business group.You will work closely with hiring manager to understand their needs,develop recruitment strategies and build a pipe line of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implement effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand job requirement and create job description
- Source candidate through various job portal
- Screen and shortlist candidate
- Conduct interviews
- Coordinates with hiring manager
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements:
Graduates with MBA(Hr)
1. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
2. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and priorities multiple tasks
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
