Job Title: AWS & Java Architect
Experience Required: 15+ years
Location – Noida/Pune/Bengaluru/Chennai/HYD/Mumbai
Role - FTE
Must have:
- Certification - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional
- Proficiency: Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Stack or other microservices platforms like Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes.
- Experience in advisory/assessment of a set of applications/portfolio
- Extensive experience in legacy application modernization, monolith to microservices conversions
- Should have experience on REST web services, Spring, JPA/Hibernate/IBATIS, any Cache framework, MQ framework
- Experience in DynamoDB, Glue, Kinesis, Athena, Lambda, Cognito, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation, ECS, Faregate etc.
- Experience with any 2 estimation methods (MVCP, UCP, FP, COCOMO, WBS etc.)
- Should have worked with any 2 databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra etc.)
- Ability to recommend multiple end-to-end solutions with pros and cons, knowledge in architectural and design patterns, innovative and curious to learn new technologies, team player, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with presales team on technical solutions and estimations
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions (Java/AWS and Opensource)
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders, provide technical expertise
- Develop and implement strategic plans, manage day-to-day operations, build and maintain client relationships, lead a team, monitor key performance indicators, and stay current with industry trends.
- Build new capabilities, offerings, accelerators
- Pre-sales support – Technical solution & estimation
- Imparting technology training to team members, conduct technical trainings
- Executing POC/POTs, Exploring new technology
- Writing Whitepapers
- Technology Consulting to project teams - Guide the Java leads and developers technically
- Working in COE/Practice, building offerings, solutions, creating practice roadmap in terms of technology, resources etc.
- Conduct technical interviews
