Key Responsibilities:
- SOP Development & Compliance: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all quality control functions and ensure team adherence.
- Fabric & Technical Knowledge: Oversee the inspection and quality of fabrics and finished garments, ensuring they meet production standards and specifications.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with international standards (ISO, AQL).
- Training & Development: Lead training programs for quality control staff to enhance skills in quality assurance, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and fostering continuous improvement in processes and performance.
- Problem Solving: Act as a key problem solver for quality-related issues, collaborating with production teams to address concerns quickly and efficiently.
