We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team. As a Architect, you will support senior architects in the design development and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design foundation, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow within a professional architectural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs, drawings, and documentation.
- Support client discussions by preparing drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D models using CAD software.
- Help coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors under supervision.
- Participate in site visits to assist with measurements, inspections, and execution support.
- Assist in preparing material selections, finishes, and design specifications.
- Make revisions to drawings based on design feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to drawing standards.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting assigned timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; basic knowledge of SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building regulations
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude
- Portfolio showcasing academic or professional work is preferred
