About the Role:
The Backend Process Associate (Night Shift) will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and processing data efficiently to support business operations during night hours. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data design, reporting, and data integrity, and be comfortable performing complex calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, validation, and management tasks with high accuracy.
Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Design and structure data models for reporting and analysis.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Maintain productivity and accuracy during night operations.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros).
Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong understanding of data analysis and data management principles.
Knowledge of data design and database structures.
Excellent numerical and calculation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
Preferred Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience in data processing, data analysis, or backend operations.
Experience in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment will be an advantage.
